Since 1999, when the German NOVO and American MOOG brands entered the Chinese market via Hong Kong, we have been deeply rooted in the sensor industry for twenty-five years. In 2005, Shanghai established a representative office and became the Asia-Pacific service provider for the NOVOtechnik brand, forging a bridge between international technology and the local market. In 2007, the Shanghai company was founded, solidifying its focus on position sensors and embarking on in-house manufacturing, taking a crucial step toward independent R&D and transformation.
In 2008, Tianjin Novotech was founded to provide comprehensive sensor solutions across multiple product categories; in 2010, it established an Electrical Research Laboratory, focusing on tackling cutting‑edge technologies and laying the foundation for future breakthroughs.

Technological innovation is the core engine of development. In 2012, we mastered the core technologies for non‑contact Hall and inductive sensors, breaking foreign monopolies and achieving market application.
The electrically controlled joystick and angular displacement sensor launched in 2014 have reached world‑class advanced standards and have maintained the top market share in China ever since; in 2015, we successfully mastered the core technology of magnetostrictive sensors and achieved end-to-end customized development.

In 2016, we initiated R&D on torque sensors and chips, extending our position upstream in the industry chain. In 2017, magnetostrictive sensors achieved full industry coverage and were widely applied in multiple fields, including metallurgy, wind power, and defense industries. In 2020, we focused on import substitution, offering customized solutions to solidify our position in the high‑end market.
